Prince Salm
Prince Michael is the owner of Schloss Wallhausen and is a studied economist. He took the estate over in 1982 from his father Prince Franz-Karl, when only 3 ha were left.
Since then Prince Michael has developed the estate constantly and made it to what it is today. One of the best and most highly respected wine estates in Germany, which is also over its boarders well known.
An indicator of the quality of Schloss Wallhausen is its membership of the VDP for many years.
Prince Michael also has many other fields of responsiblity:
- president of the German landowners association, forestry association as well as being the president of the VDP.
- self-employed with Salm-Salm & Partner were he manages a convertible Fond (FG & W Global Convertibe S Fonds)
- president of the supervisory board Schloss Vaux and Volksbank

Princess Philippa
Princess Philippa is the good spirit of the company as well as the person to talk to in all life situations.
She comes from the reknown Castell-Castell family, where she was the oldest daugther in the house of Castell.
Princess Philippa learnt to be a therapist and is an excellent cook, which will be freely admitted by all family members.
Not only does she work at Schloss Wallhausen she also has some post outside the house,
- governing board YMCA, Viktoriastift (hospital) and Diakonie (hospital)

Countess Christina
Countess Christina is the first born daugther and has already started her own family. She is theproud mother of two sons.
In September 2002 she got married to Dr. Graf Raphael von und zu Hoensbroech, who works as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.
Countess Christina learnt to become a social worker.
Prince Constantin
The oldest son, Prince Constantin, finished his economics studies (at Regensburg, Waseda (Japan) and Cirencester). He overtook the export markets from his father in 2003 and is taking more responsiblity at the winery every day.
Prince Constantin got married like his sister in 2005. On the third of December he weeded Friederike v. Gumberz. He travels to the U.S and Japan frequantly and enjoys their hospitality.

Prince Felix
Prince Felix is the wine grower of the family.
He studied at the world wide known Univercity of Geisenheim wine making. He only has to semesters to go before he becomes a fully qualified wine merchant.
Felix does not only work hard at the winery he is also often seen at the second winery » Villa Sachsen where he sees his future. Here quality as well as at Schloss Wallhausen is top of the agenda.
Felix loves the long lasting aftertaste of the Schloss Riesling Kabinett.
Princess Marie-Anna
Princess Marie-Anna is also a "globetrotter"
After finishing school at Midelton she began studying Spanisch, Economics and Psychologie at the univercity of Dublin.
She loved picking and drinking the 2003 Schloss Wallhausen Riesling Eiswein.
Princess Antonia
Princess Antonia visits also school (Midelton College) in an englisch speaking enviroment.
She will be finishing her school time in the summer of 2006 afther which she will have more time to spend with her dog duke.
Princess Cecily
The youngest of the sibblings still lives at Schloss Wallhausen with her parents.
She visits a school near Wallhausen. Her hobbies are the three horses at Wallhausen as well as her dog Cara.
